Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
By engaging TIDAL you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
01Billing and payments
- Project work is quoted and invoiced as agreed in writing before the work starts.
- Ongoing agreements are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel an ongoing agreement at any time by writing to support@tidalwebs.com.
- Partial months are not prorated.
02Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refund is provided for the current billing cycle.
03Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely content, access, and decisions needed to do the work.
- Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, data, or media you submit.
- Maintain valid payment information.
04Ownership
- You own the software we build for you, along with your content, your data, and your accounts.
- TIDAL retains ownership of its own internal tooling, libraries, and methods, which are not specific to any one client.
- On cancellation you keep everything built for you, and we will hand over anything still in our possession.
05Support and updates
Support and update frequency depends on the agreement. Same-day updates apply to requests submitted before 5 PM Eastern and are typically made within 24 hours. Requests made on non-business days may be delayed until the next business day.
06Limitation of liability
TIDAL is not responsible for:
- Downtime caused by hosting providers or other third-party services.
- Client content that violates copyright or legal requirements.
- Losses arising from misuse of client login credentials.
07Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or end service if:
- Payments are not made on time.
- A client violates these terms.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
