01Who we are

TIDAL SYSTEMS LLC is the company behind this site. TIDAL, we and us mean TIDAL SYSTEMS LLC everywhere in this policy.

Tidal Systems builds and runs software. Some of it is client work, built for one business and handed to them. Some of it is our own, such as US Water Index, Tidal Skills and Vane. This site, tidalwebs.com, is where the company and its client work are described, and this policy covers what you send us through it. A product with its own site and its own policy is covered by that one.

02Information we collect

We may collect the following when you contact us or work with us:

• Personal information. Name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
• Account information. Login credentials for client accounts we manage on your behalf.
• Project content. Text, images, data, and other material you provide for the system we are building.
• Payment information. Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Application information. If you apply for a role, the name, contact details, links, and background you submit.

03How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Build, host, and maintain the software we are engaged to build.
• Process payments for project work and ongoing agreements.
• Communicate about the work, support, and billing.
• Review and respond to job applications.

04Cookies and tracking

This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no profiling of any kind. We do not follow you across other sites and we do not build a picture of who you are.

The public pages set no cookies. The staff area at /admin sets one session cookie, and only for whoever signs in to it.

As with any website, the servers hosting this one keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses. Our contact and application forms also hold your IP address briefly to limit how often one address can submit, which is what stops the forms being used to send spam.

05Data security

We implement security measures to protect your personal information. Credentials for accounts we manage are held in encrypted storage. We recommend using strong passwords and safeguarding your own login details.

06Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to do the work:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and handles anything you submit through it.
• n8n, which routes a completed form on to us, and Telegram and Google, which are where it arrives so that we see it.
• Stripe, for payment processing. We do not store card details.
• The hosting and infrastructure providers a given client project runs on.

Each of these holds the information under its own privacy policy. We pass on no more than the work requires.

07Your rights

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You may end an ongoing agreement at any time by writing to support@tidalwebs.com.
